Commercial NatureScape Turf Removal Rebate Program Application

The Commercial NatureScape Turf Removal Rebate Program ("Naturescape") is being offered by the Moulton Niguel Water District ("District") to provide commercial customers ("Applicant" or "Customer") with an enhanced financial incentive to utilize California Native and very low water use plants to achieve measurable water savings.

Please ensure you read, review and understand the Terms and Conditions of the approval process before applying. All participants must complete both the Turf Rebate Application and the Commercial Naturescape Program Application to receive the enhance financial incentive.

All installed landscapes must meet program Terms and Conditions. DO NOT remove your turf grass until you recieve a Notice to Proceed or you will not receive a rebate.

This offer is avaibale on a first-come, first-served basis to eligible Customers only while funding lasts.
