This application is provided to allow for the District's consideration of products to be added to or updated on the District's Approved Materials List (AML).
SUBMIT ONE APPLICATION PER PRODUCT. APPLICATIONS CONTAINING MULTIPLE PRODUCTS WILL NOT BE REVIEWED.
SUBMIT ALL REQUIRED FIELDS. INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE REVIEWED.
Submission of an application is not an offer or guarantee of the incorporation of the submitted product into the District's AML.
Determination of products to be added to or updated on the District's AML shall be at the sole discretion of the District. All determinations are final.
The District will endeavor to review all applications in a timely manner but makes no guarantee regarding the duration or outcome of the review.
The District plans to publish a new version of the AML at the beginning of each year, if determined necessary by the District. However, the District may make changes to the document at any time, if determined necessary by the District.
Contractors may submit the products of any manufacturer at any time for "or-equal" consideration on specific District projects (and those projects containing facilities that will be dedicated to the District), in conformance with Specification Section 01630 - Product Substitution Procedures.
