Reason for Fireflow Test Request

Fireflows will be conducted utilizing a hydraulic model on open zones; closed zones will be conducted by a flowtest in the field. Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for review of requests.

If you need an OCFA Water Availability form please attach with the top portion completed (Section A). Per OCFA, analyses are only valid for 6 months.
